The "new" NPL investment trend 🙌😎

MPS seems to get back on track with the help of the EU and the market (tough time for its investors.. the xth capital raise !).
However it seems that its non-performing loans portfolio (NPL) got the interest of some large investors (Fortress...) fighting to buy it (€30 billion gross NPL, net value unknown yet...).
After the ECB released last March its guidance on NPL, a good NPL strategy should have some hold, cure and maximum recovery options in order to have a nice ROI for its investors ! 🙌😎
At least MPS will clean its balance sheet by removing these non-performing exposures... (see article link below)

When the Brexit threaten the Euronext market IT infrastructure and HFT firms investments 💣💨

The question of whether British firms will be allowed to continue to clear euro-denominated derivatives and other financial products is expected to be one of the most contentious issues during the next Bexit negotiations.
But what about the Euronext’s data centres and infrastructure in Basildon (UK) ?!? Will it be relocated in a EU country in the near future ? Hence, forcing HFT firms to reinvest largely in new infrastructure, colocation, and microwave paths ?!?  💣💣💣 (see article link below)

When one of the EU ETF largest algo trader struggles to make business viable 😰

When one of the EU ETF largest trader makes 0.03% performance/trade with its deterministic models, it requires a large trading volume to make the business viable. €640 billion !? It seems not enough to get back to the initial level the share price which is down by more than -31% ! A change should be made to the business approach ?!? 😀 (see article link below)

French Gov bonds historic lows !

French gov bond yields reached record lows recently !
The OAT 10 years bond reached record low yield at 0,44% on March 20th.
France the second economy of the EU is following the German economy gov bond trend.

The question is to know if with these record lows gov bond yields (OAT 10yrs), a record low ECB main interest rate (0,05%) and low Euribors will the french banks follow and lower their real estate & line of credit lending interest rates ?
It could boost well the french economy and its housing market !
